Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate melts (dark or milk)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Festive sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Coat each cavity of a silicone mold with melted chocolate and freeze for 5 minutes to set.
  3. Remove shells from the mold and fill half with cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Press another half shell onto the filled one, sealing with melted chocolate around the edges.
  5. Decorate with additional melted chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
  6. To serve, drop one bomb into hot milk and stir to enjoy.
