  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in orange juice and zest.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool before removing from the pan. Drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and orange juice.
