  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop about one tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup; press down in the center to create a well.
  6. Fill each well with approximately one teaspoon of Nutella and cover with another small scoop of dough.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
