Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take about two tablespoons of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
