  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed red and green)
  • 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes). Add the steak and garlic powder; cook until browned.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Layer the sautéed steak mixture in the center of the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to another, pinching the ends to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
