Description

Monte Cristo Ham Sliders are a delicious fusion of savory ham and melted Swiss cheese, nestled in buttery slider buns. Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 oz sliced ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham on the buns, followed by Swiss cheese slices.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Dijon mustard until smooth, then pour over the layered ham and cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining bun halves and brush with melted butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
