- 8 oz sliced ham
- 8 oz Swiss cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham on the buns, followed by Swiss cheese slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and Dijon mustard until smooth, then pour over the layered ham and cheese.
- Top with the remaining bun halves and brush with melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
