Description

Mini Pepper Pizzas are a fun and flavorful twist on traditional pizza, perfect for any gathering. These bite-sized delights feature sweet mini bell peppers filled with zesty pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and customizable toppings that burst with flavor. Easy to prepare and visually appealing, they make an excellent appetizer or snack for game nights or casual get-togethers.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices (or vegetables)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the mini bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Place the peppers cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon pizza sauce into each half until generously coated.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce and top with mini pepperoni or other desired toppings.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each assembled pizza.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
