  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  2. Boil the chicken breasts in water for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Drain and shred the chicken using two forks.
