- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup bacon bits (cooked)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower florets until tender (5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with half of the cheddar cheese, bacon bits, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the cooked cauliflower until fully coated and transfer to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and evenly distribute over the casserole.
