  • 2 fresh jalapeños, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, cover with foil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  2. 2. Once cooled slightly, shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, and cilantro. Mix well.
  4. 4. Lay tortillas flat and spoon the mixture into the center of each. Fold in the edges and roll tightly.
