Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti or linguine in the Instant Pot with water and a pinch of salt on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick-release the pressure, drain, and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil and butter over medium heat using the sauté function. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice; let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
- Stir in drained pasta gently until well combined. Add chopped parsley.
