- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

- 8 soft corn tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Chop onion and mince garlic. Season flank steak with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Set Instant Pot to 'sauté' mode. Add oil; sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 3 minutes).

- Allow a natural release for 10 minutes before quick releasing remaining steam.
