  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then drizzle with honey. Let it marinate while preparing the rice.
  3. Cook the rice: In a medium saucepan, combine rice and water (4 cups). Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
