- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

- 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold or red potatoes, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce; coat chicken in the mixture and place it in the baking dish.
- Toss chopped potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread on a separate baking sheet.
- Roast chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked (165°F internal temperature) and potatoes for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
