- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Let It Rise: Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about one hour).
- Roll Out & Fill: Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread softened butter over the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll & Cut: Roll tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
- Bake & Ice: Place in a greased baking pan to rise again until puffy (about one hour). Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before drizzling with icing.
