Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sweetened shredded coconut with the entire can of sweetened condensed milk until it's a sticky dough.
  2. Shape portions of the coconut mixture into bars or mounds on a lined baking sheet, about the size of an Almond Joy.
  3. Gently press one almond into each mound.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled mound into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet. Drizzle with extra chocolate if desired.
  7. Chill again until set before enjoying.
