Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sweetened shredded coconut with the entire can of sweetened condensed milk until it's a sticky dough.
- Shape portions of the coconut mixture into bars or mounds on a lined baking sheet, about the size of an Almond Joy.
- Gently press one almond into each mound.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each chilled mound into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet. Drizzle with extra chocolate if desired.
