- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add the cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu; stir well for another couple of minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
