  • 1 ripe fresh pineapple (cut into chunks)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into squares)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
