- 4 large croissants, halved
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, layering half in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the diced ham and both cheeses over the croissants, then add the remaining croissant halves on top.
