  • 4 large croissants, halved
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, layering half in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the diced ham and both cheeses over the croissants, then add the remaining croissant halves on top.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour evenly over the layered croissants.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares or wedges. Serve warm.
