  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into thick chips. Toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
