Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Grill the seasoned chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes per side or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest afterward.
  3. While resting, slice peaches into thin pieces. Optionally, grill them for 1-2 minutes for extra flavor.

  5. Return assembled flatbreads to the grill over indirect heat for about 5 minutes until heated through.
