- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Halve the baby potatoes, toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs, then spread on one side of the baking sheet.
