  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (mix of green and purple)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the chicken and vegetable mix.
  4. Stir everything until well-coated in sauce and cook for another couple of minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  6. Transfer to bowls while hot. Add sriracha for extra spice if desired.
