  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
  • ½ cup plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs (50g)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into half-inch thick strips.
