  • 10 ounces classic Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 green onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until crumbly. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and canned diced tomatoes (juice included), simmer for 2 minutes.
