- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let cool for a few minutes before shredding.
