Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground beef and sausage; cook until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry in a greased baking dish, leaving excess overhanging the edges. Spoon in the meat mixture, fold over the edges, and place another sheet on top.
- Cut slits for venting, brush with egg wash, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
