  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, whisk together the flour and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Dip small handfuls of granola into the flour mixture, then coat them in the egg mixture.
  4. Carefully drop the coated granola into the hot oil in batches. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
