Ingredients
- 12 slider buns (soft and slightly sweet)
- 2 cups cooked roast pork (shredded)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup dill pickles (sliced)
- 4 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Layer generously with shredded roast pork.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices followed by dill pickle slices.
- Spread yellow mustard over the top half of the slider buns and place them on top of the assembled sliders.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes until warmed through.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until buns are golden brown. Slice into individual sliders and serve hot.
