Description

Cuban sliders are a flavor-packed delight that transports your taste buds to Havana with each bite. These bite-sized sandwiches feature layers of tender roast pork, melted Swiss cheese, zesty dill pickles, and tangy mustard, all embraced by soft slider buns. Perfect for parties or casual gatherings, they’re easy to prepare and invite creativity in customization. Whether served as appetizers or the star of your meal, these sliders promise to impress and satisfy every palate.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (soft and slightly sweet)
  • 2 cups cooked roast pork (shredded)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish. Layer generously with shredded roast pork.
  3. Top with Swiss cheese slices followed by dill pickle slices.
  4. Spread yellow mustard over the top half of the slider buns and place them on top of the assembled sliders.
  5. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until buns are golden brown. Slice into individual sliders and serve hot.
