- Salt & pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

- Stir in cream cheese and half a cup of reserved pasta water until well combined into a creamy sauce.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese along with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated. Adjust consistency with additional reserved pasta water if needed.
