  • 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts and almonds)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and nuts until well combined.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil together until fully combined.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the oat and nut mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
