  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup green chile sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, and add diced onions. Cook until soft.
  3. Stir in green chile sauce, chicken broth, cumin, and garlic powder; simmer for 10 minutes.
