  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
