  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a bit of butter. Sauté the diced onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, cranberries, eggs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  4. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls (about 2 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
