  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped

  • ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  3. Butterfly the flank steak by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through.
