  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and cotton candy flavoring; mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Remove from springform pan, garnish as desired, slice, and enjoy!
