  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
