Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and nuts if using.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- For the streusel topping, mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel on top before adding the remaining batter and finishing with more streusel.
