- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Milk as needed for consistency

- Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, mix warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Make Dough: In a large bowl, whisk flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add eggs and frothy yeast mixture; stir until combined. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Prepare Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll out dough on floured surface to a rectangle (½ inch thick), spread melted butter evenly, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Roll & Cut: Roll dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 12 equal rolls. Place in greased baking dish with space between each roll.
- Final Rise & Bake: Cover rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
