  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz udon or rice noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting chicken into strips and chopping vegetables.
  2. In a skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Push chicken to one side; add garlic and vegetables to the other side. Sauté until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over chicken and vegetables.
