- 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
