- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook until tender.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into squares.
