  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine pitted cherries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
