- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, and ranch dressing mix; toss until well coated.
- Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly mixed.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly in it.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
