  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  4. 4. Place two tablespoons of filling at one end of each pastry rectangle and roll tightly into cylinders.
