  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup milk (whole or buttermilk)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup blueberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

  6. Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
