  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts in a saucepan over medium heat until no longer pink (about 15 minutes). Let cool slightly, then shred.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each square. Fold corners over and seal tightly.
  6. Place bombs on the baking dish, brush with egg wash if desired, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.
