Instructions

  3. Add dried lavender and let sit for 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
  4. Cook the mixture over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in pectin while maintaining a rapid boil for 1 minute until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat, cool slightly, then pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
