Instructions

  2. In a large pot, combine blueberries and sugar over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Once bubbling, add lavender sprigs and lemon juice; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in pectin according to package instructions until the jam thickens.
  5. Test readiness by dropping a spoonful onto a chilled plate; if it holds shape, pour into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal jars tightly and cool upside down before serving.
