Description

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
